Your plan and billing

Where to see your PayperPlates plan and how to make changes to it.

Your PayperPlates plan is shown under Settings → My Plan. This guide explains what you will find there.

Viewing your plan

The My Plan page shows your current pricing tier — the plan your restaurant is on. This is where you confirm what you are subscribed to.

Making changes

Plan details are managed by PayperPlates. To change your plan — upgrade, downgrade, or ask about pricing — contact support rather than editing anything yourself. This keeps your billing correct and avoids any interruption to your storefront.

Billing is still being finalized. As PayperPlates grows, the details of plans and self-service billing are being built out. This page will be expanded as those options become available. For now, contact support for anything to do with your plan.

Questions about a charge

If you have a question about a charge or your subscription, contact support with your restaurant name and they can look into it for you.
