Understanding your reports

Read your sales, spot your best-selling items, and track daily performance on the Reports page.

The Reports page shows how your restaurant is doing — your revenue, your orders, and your best sellers over any period you choose. It is available to admins and managers.

Reports: revenue, orders, and top items for the period you pick.

Choosing a period

Start by picking the time period you want to look at. There are quick presets — Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, and This year — or you can set a custom date range by hand. Everything on the page updates to the period you choose.

The three views

Reports has three views, each answering a different question:

  • Orders — the individual orders in the period, so you can see and search through what came in.
  • Items — which menu items sold, so you can spot your best sellers and your slow movers.
  • Daily — performance day by day, so you can see your busy days and your quiet ones.

Revenue and orders

Your performance is shown both as revenue (how much you took in) and as order count (how many orders you had), with a chart so you can see the trend across the period at a glance. Looking at both together is useful: a day with fewer but larger orders tells a different story than a day with many small ones.

Filtering

Within the Orders view you can narrow things down:

  • By type — all orders, pickup only, or delivery only.
  • By status — all, completed, or cancelled.

Use these to answer specific questions, like how much of your business is delivery, or how many orders you cancelled in a stretch.

Using what you learn

A few habits pay off:

  • Check your Items view regularly to see what is selling. Feature your best sellers in a hero banner and reconsider items that never move.
  • Watch your Daily view to learn your rhythm, and plan staffing and prep around your busy days.
  • Compare This month to Last month to see whether you are growing.

You can also just ask the merchant assistant — "what were my sales last week?" — for a quick answer without opening the page.
