Policies, links and announcements
Publish your refund policy, privacy notice and terms, show an announcement banner, and link your social profiles and delivery-app listings.
Legal & Policies
Under Settings → Legal & Policies:
- Announcement banner: a short message shown at the top of your menu page, such as "Closed Monday for the holiday" or "Now delivering to Fonthill". Clear it when it no longer applies.
- Published policy text:
- Refund policy: shown to customers at checkout before they pay, and again on their order confirmation.
- Privacy notice and Terms: appear as a clearly labelled section from your restaurant on your storefront's Privacy and Terms pages, alongside PayperPlates' own.
Save with Save Policies.
Your refund policy is the text customers read. It doesn't change who on your team can issue refunds. That's set under Settings → Ordering & Payments → Refund permissions. See Refunds and cancellations.
Links & Social
Under Settings → Links & Social:
- Online presence: your website, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Google Business links. They appear on your storefront so customers can find and follow you.
- Delivery platform links: if you're also listed on Uber Eats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes or Grubhub, add those listings here.
