Card processing is included in the per-order rate. There is no setup fee and no cancellation fee, and delivery is passed through at cost.

Selling more than $12,500 a month online? Pro’s lower rate makes it the cheaper plan, even if you never use the Driver Hub.
Website hosting included
Both plans include full hosting. Your ordering site is a complete restaurant website: menu, hours, about page, deals, ordering and checkout, all under your brand.

If you cancel, we keep hosting your site for 30 days, with online ordering switched off, while you move it somewhere else.
Where the rate goes
Every online payment has a card processing cost, whoever takes it. Ours is included in the rate, and the rest is a small platform fee.

Other delivery apps: 15%–30% commission, or $6–$12 on this order.
It covers what it costs to run your ordering platform: maps and delivery routing, order texts, Merchant Assist’s AI, hosting and support. It is the only thing we take from an order, and it is never charged on tips.

No. Setting up your storefront, menu and payments costs nothing.
No. If we host your website or domain, you keep 30 days of hosting after you cancel, with online ordering switched off, so you have time to move to another host.
It is a percentage of each order, so here it is plainly: 1% on Basic and 0.6% on Pro, on top of card processing. It covers what it costs to run your ordering platform: maps and delivery routing, order texts, Merchant Assist’s AI, hosting and support. Delivery apps typically take 15% to 30%.
Uber Direct couriers are passed through at cost, with no markup from us. On Pro you can also run your own drivers from the Driver Hub, and you pay them directly.
No. Tips go to you, and the platform fee is never charged on them. Card processing applies to the full amount charged, tip included.
Canadian Visa and Mastercard by default, which is what the all-in rate covers. You can turn on Amex and international cards in Settings; the card network charges more for those, and that difference is passed on.
Payouts go to your bank account every Monday, through Stripe.
