Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse the menu, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose pickup or delivery, enter your details, and confirm your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation before your order enters preparation. Once cooking has started, modifications are not possible. Contact us immediately if you need help.
How do coupon codes work?
Enter your coupon code in the checkout step. The discount will be applied to your order total automatically.
Delivery
What is the delivery area?
Delivery availability depends on your restaurant's service area. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery is available to your location.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and typically range from 30–45 minutes, depending on distance and order volume.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign In" in the header and follow the sign-up flow. An account lets you track orders, save favorites, and receive push notifications.
I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We'll send you an email to reset your password.
