Est. after a very long poker night

We got hungry.
Niagara was closed.

Turns out, Niagara Falls apparently shuts down at 9pm. Two people, post-poker, starving, staring at a map of closed restaurants and mediocre pizza joints decided — nah, we can do better than this.

The origin story (no capes required)

Jason and Serena were deep into a poker night when the snacks ran out and the hunger kicked in. A quick search for quality late-night food in Niagara Falls turned up nothing but fast food and pizza that wouldn't win any awards. The city of a million tourists somehow had a serious sandwich problem.

The solution was obvious: skip the $400-a-month walk-in lease, operate out of a ghost kitchen, and pass every dollar of that overhead saving straight to the customer. Quality ingredients, New York bodega energy, delivered to your door — for lunch, dinner, or after you've had a few.

The mission is simple.Bring NYC classics to Niagara. No fluff, no gimmicks — just real food, made right, at a price that actually makes sense.

What's a ghost kitchen?

A professional kitchen with no dining room attached — which means zero rent on a fancy storefront, zero markups to cover a hostess stand, and one hundred percent of our focus on the food. You order online, we make it, you eat it. Simple.

Jason Allen

Jason Allen

Co-Founder & Tech Guy

Sales, marketing, business management — Jason has worn a lot of hats. Currently studying as an Electrical Engineering Technician at Niagara College and working toward his PMP certification, because apparently one career path wasn't enough. His contribution to the bodega: the online ordering system you're using right now, and an unshakeable conviction that Niagara needs a better sandwich.

Serena Kelly

Co-Founder & Head Chef

Trained at Ostin's Restaurant in St. Catharines and the Keg, Serena knows her way around a kitchen. She also just finished a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Brock University, which mostly means she can tell when someone is lying about not enjoying the sandwich. Her contribution: every single recipe on this menu.

“Nobody in the Niagara region really does it the right way. We're fixing that — one sandwich at a time.”
— Jason & Serena
